I grew up in a family of architects and designers, and that early exposure to spatial thinking shaped the way I see and create. Before finding my home in sculpture, I explored various creative disciplines—from photography and painting to fashion design, winning the Newmarket Young Fashion Designer Award in 2014. Looking back, I see a consistent thread: a fascination with form, and how light interacts with material, and how space can hold or shift an atmosphere.

Today, I work with materials like acrylic and stainless steel to create sculptural works that sit between object and environment. Some pieces reflect and activate their surroundings; others draw the viewer inward, containing their own quiet, internal atmospheres. My work ranges in scale from domestic installations to large outdoor commissions, and I’m always interested in how sculpture can respond to its context - architecturally, sensorially, and emotionally.

Since graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Massey University in 2019, I’ve worked predominantly on commission and exhibited in both solo and group exhibitions across Aotearoa. My solo shows include TwoFold (2023) and Diffuse (2025), currently showing at Abel in Wellington. I’ve participated in group exhibitions at galleries and art fairs across New Zealand.
