Lily Custance is a Wellington based multidisciplinary artist and creative with interests in photography, spatial design, architecture, and fashion.

Growing up with parents in the architecture and design sphere, Lily was exposed to a diverse range of creative endeavours, fostering a keen eye and spatial awareness at a young age. Her fascination with light, material, and space is a key theme that has run through her various creative outputs of fashion design, painting, and now sculpture. She sees her sculptural practice as the amalgamation of all her interests and a space where she can explore her curiosity of light and space.

Lily completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts at Massey University 2016-2019, where she was able to nurture her love of collaboration and exploration through hands-on practices and explore her creative identity and voice.

Lily has also worked in interior design/home staging and events, including 4 seasons of World of WearableArt.
